Our Journey

Since the establishment of Qingdao Deals in 2010, we have continuously expanded our expertise, production capabilities and international presence in PP sheet materials, reusable packaging and processing equipment.

2024 — Exhibiting at NPE Orlando

POLYFAVO participated in NPE in Orlando, USA, showcasing our foldable pallet sleeve containers and reusable industrial packaging solutions to the global plastics market.

2023 — Establishing POLYFAVO in Qingdao

Zhongcheng (Qingdao) New Material Co., Ltd. was established as our new manufacturing base in Qingdao, China. The POLYFAVO brand was launched to serve international customers with PP honeycomb boards, pallet sleeve boxes, PP corrugated sheets and customized packaging solutions.

2019 — Expanding into the Indian Market

The first PP honeycomb pallet sleeve production line supplied by our company to India was successfully commissioned. Annual sales exceeded RMB 7 million, representing an important milestone in our international development.

2016 — Exhibiting in Australia

PPP Solution participated in a plastics industry exhibition in Australia, presenting our products and production solutions to customers in the local market.

2015 — Developing the Australian Market

2014 — Entering the Automotive Industry

PP Honeycomb Boards

We manufacture PP honeycomb boards in thicknesses from 2.5 mm to 18 mm. Different weights, colors, surface finishes and functional grades are available for automotive interiors, reusable packaging, floor protection, flight cases, printing, furniture and industrial applications.

Optional properties include flame retardancy, UV resistance, corona treatment, ESD protection and conductivity.

Foldable Pallet Sleeve Boxes

POLYFAVO designs and manufactures heavy-duty pallet sleeve boxes for automotive parts, industrial components, warehouse storage and closed-loop logistics.

Each system can be customized with HDPE pallets and lids, PP honeycomb sleeves, loading doors, locks, label holders, dividers, fabric pockets, foam inserts and thermoformed dunnage. The collapsible design reduces empty storage and return-transport space while supporting repeated use.

PP Corrugated Sheets

Our lightweight and waterproof PP corrugated sheets are available for industrial packaging, tote boxes, layer pads, signage, floor protection, agricultural packaging and material handling.

Thickness, weight, color, printing and functional properties can be customized according to the application. Cutting, die-cutting, creasing, folding, welding and printing services are also available.
